Nature of a donation
A donation is a voluntary contribution made without an expectation of receiving goods or services in return, unless a specific campaign clearly states otherwise. Donations may support music creation, visual production, website and platform costs, ministry activity, community outreach, administration and other work aligned with the Glôry HipHop mission.
Tax receipts
Glôry HipHop is not representing itself as a registered charity or qualified donee. Donations are not tax-deductible and an official charitable donation receipt will not be issued unless Glôry HipHop expressly confirms otherwise in writing for a particular campaign.
Payment processing
Donation payments may be processed securely by Stripe or another disclosed payment provider. The amount and currency are shown before confirmation. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on the Glôry HipHop website.
One-time and recurring donations
A donation is one-time unless the checkout clearly identifies it as recurring. If recurring donations are introduced, the amount and frequency will be disclosed before authorization and cancellation instructions will be provided.
Refunds and errors
Donations are generally final. If a duplicate payment, technical error or unauthorized transaction occurs, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate. Refunds remain subject to applicable law and the rules of the payment provider.
Restricted gifts
Unless Glôry HipHop agrees to a restriction in writing before accepting a donation, contributions may be used where they are most needed within the mission. If a designated project cannot proceed, we may apply the contribution to a closely related purpose.
